Wedding & Vow Renewal Ceremonies

 

For bookings in 2026 and beyond, the fee for conducting weddings begins at £680.00

This is payable in two equal instalments of £340.00:

1st - upon securing the booking, after an initial conversation and decision. 

2nd - upon delivery of the finished script.

 

The final fee depends on any special travel arrangements, or other time considerations for which I am happy to provide a quote.

Including: all meetings, all video or telephone calls, emails, script writing and editing, a rehearsal at the venue if possible (highly recommended!), coordinating with other friends and family, venue staff and photographers; then the ceremony itself and finally, a presentation copy of the script on the day.​

 

Funeral & Memorial Ceremonies

 

• Mon-Fri, Standard ceremony                                                         £310.00

       Up to 45-min ceremony at a local venue

• Fri, Double ceremony – Short (x 1.25)                                           £390.00

       From 45-min to 60-min at a local venue (common option)

• Mon-Fri, Double ceremony – Long (x 1.5)                                    £465.00

       From 60-min to 90-min at a local venue

• Sat-Sun, Standard ceremony (x 1.5)                                              £465.00

       Up to 45-min ceremony at a local venue

• Sat-Sun, Double ceremony (x 1.75)                                               £540.00

       From 45-min to 90-min at a local venue

Including:

1. A 1-2 hour meeting in person at the funeral director’s premises or at a home address within 5-mile radius of the funeral director’s premises (9am – 5pm, Mon-Fri). For further afield, please ask for a quote to cover travel costs. Or a 1–2 hour video call (9am – 7:30pm, Mon-Fri).

2. Vocal venues include Oxford Crematorium, North & South Oxfordshire Crematoriums, Banbury Crematorium, Oakley Wood Crematorium and all cemeteries in the local area. For further afield, please ask for a quote to cover travel costs.

3. A digital ceremony script, and all subsequent edits, up to the final script approval.

4. Leading the ceremony in coordination with family / friends, funeral director and venue staff.

I do offer concessions if cost is a deciding factor, so please do ask as I am always willing to discuss all possibilities to provide you with the ceremony you want.
