Wedding & Vow Renewal Ceremonies

 

For bookings in 2026 and beyond, the fee for conducting weddings begins at £680, payable in two equal instalments of £340, 1) Upon securing the booking, 2) Upon delivery of the finished script. The final price depends on any special travel arrangements, or other considerations. Please contact me for a quote.

This includes: all meetings, all video or telephone calls, emails, script writing and editing, a rehearsal (at the venue if possible and highly recommended - I can't stress that one enough!), coordinating with other friends and family, venue staff and photographers, then the ceremony itself and finally, a presentation copy of the script on the day.

Funeral & Memorial Ceremonies

 

My 2026 fee for conducting funerals is £300 for a standard 30-35 minute service at a local crematorium or a burial ground in the Oxfordshire area. For further afield is always possible but please contact me.

This includes: all meetings, all video or telephone calls, emails, script writing and editing, coordinating with other friends and family, the funeral directors and the venue staff, then the ceremony itself.

Double-slot crematorium funerals and memorials take a little longer, so please ask for a quote.

Travel Costs

​

Driving up to 25 mile radius is included for both weddings and funerals, beyond this I will add a mileage surcharge and an hourly charge of £25 p/hr. Other costs may arise for travelling required for attending meetings or the venue, if it's far away, which I am more than willing to do. All this can be calculated, so please do contact me for more information.

Concessions

I do offer some concessions if cost is a deciding factor, so please do ask, I am always willing to discuss all possibilities to provide you with the ceremony you want.
